Assistant Professor, Criminal Justice

Belmont Abbey College invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in its Criminal Justice program to begin Fall 2012.  Applicants must have a Ph.D. in a related discipline and be able to teach a broad array of system courses. Demonstration of excellence in teaching is required. Candidates whose professional experience, teaching and/or research interests are in the area of criminology and/or sociology will be given priority. The successful candidate will also have an understanding of, and an appreciation for, the Catholic understanding of the human person.

A review of applications will begin immediately, with a deadline of December 1st for submission.
